在很小的时候，Belinda就展现了对演唱、表演的浓厚兴趣和天赋。10岁时就主演了一部名为《Amigosporsiempre》的电视连续剧，同时，BMG为她发行了这张同名专辑。随着电视剧的热播，专辑也销往拉丁美洲及其他地区。11岁那年，Belinda又主演了她的第二部电视剧《AventurasenelTiempo》。同样的，Belinda也为电视剧献唱了，并灌录专辑销往世界各地。
