下面这句话中“more than”中的“more”可以去掉吗？

2 用以比较数量、距离等多于、少于、小于，如It never takes more than an hour.

3 表示一件事紧跟着另一件事发生，常用短语：no soon …than 如No soon had I sat down than there was a loud knock on the door. 我刚坐下来就有人敲门 又hardly…than 如 Hardly had we arrived than the problem started.我们刚到问题就来了

than 一般会跟一个形容词或者副词来形容比较程度的，比如run faster than,richer than...；或者就是跟着介词短语用。

不能去掉more，more在这里就是个adv.。enjoy只是seem to do句型中的。

more than 基本用法

more than与数词连用，意思是“多于，大于，超过”。相当于over.例如：

I’ve known him for more than 20 years. 我认识他已经二十多年了。

2. morethan后面跟名词，意为“不只是，不仅仅是”。例如： She is more than a teacher to us, she is our friend. 他不只是教师，她还是我们的朋友。

3. morethan与形容词和分词连用，表示“非常、十分”。例如：

She is morethanbeautiful. 她非常漂亮 。4. morethan与动词连用，对动词起着加强语气的作用。例如： His progress morethan encouraged him to work hard. 进步激励他努力学习。
