三足乌的故事有什么内容?

传说在辽阔的东海边，矗立着一棵神树扶桑，树枝上栖息着十只三足乌。它们同是东方神帝俊的儿子，每日轮流上天遨游，三足乌放射的光芒，就是人们看见的太阳（所以太阳也称三足乌）。　

后来，十只三足乌不听东方神的指示都抢着上天，天空中同时就出现了十个太阳，大地草枯土焦，炎热无比。人们只好白天躲在山洞里，黑夜出来觅食。

猛兽毒虫借机残食人们，人类濒临灭绝的危险。消息传到天上，帝俊就赐给羿（天上的神仙）一张红色的弓、一袋白色的箭，叫他下凡到人间，一方面惩治妖魔怪兽，同时也教训教训他的这些太阳儿子。

可这些三足乌根本不把后羿放在眼里，照样一齐上天逞威逞强。后羿大怒，选择背荫之处拉弓搭箭，瞄准太阳中心处的三足乌射去。他箭无虚发，一连射下九只三足乌。

人们围着他连声喝彩。三足乌一死，火光自灭，人们顿感清凉爽快，于是欢呼雀跃。呼喊声传到天上，帝俊见九个儿子已死大发雷霆，不准后羿再回天庭。同时也令仅存的这只三足乌日日遨游，不得休息。
